PRINCIPAL AND VICE-CHANCELLOR
| (1) | The council must, by a majority vote of two thirds of the members present recorded by secret ballot, appoint the vice-chancellor at an ordinary meeting or at a meeting specially convened for that purpose, after complying with the procedure as prescribed in the rules concerning consultation with the senate and the institutional forum and the evaluation as determined by the rules. |
