Subject to the provisions of the Act and this Statute, Council may recognise student organisations and their activities at the University on such terms and conditions as may be determined by Council from time to time, and Council and may at any time, after furnishing reasons, withdraw such recognition. The Council can delegate its powers in this regard to the Vice-Chancellor or another manager or structure in the University.
