| (1) | The Council may recognise a person or institution as a member of the electoral college of donors for a period determined by the Council when the person or institution makes a donation to the University equal to an amount periodically determined in the rules. |
| (2) | The registrar must keep a list of the names and addresses of donors, and of the name of the person who will vote on behalf of an institution recognised under subclause (1). |
