I, Dr Matome Joseph Phaahla, Minister of Health, in consultation with the Minister of Finance, hereby publish Directions on the establishment of the COVID-19 Vaccine Injury No-Fault Compensation Scheme, in terms of Chapter 8 of the Regulations made in terms of section 27(2) of the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2002).

These Directions come into effect on the date of publication of this Notice in the Government Gazette.
