| (1) | Payment of the levy shall be made not later than sixty (60) days following the month end of delivery of a quantity of plums and prunes for export or delivery to be sold on a municipal market or via a retailers or processed, or sold via any other manner; and |
| (2) | Payment shall be made by means of electronic transfer to DFPT Finance NPC, into the DFPT Finance NPC bank account obtainable from HORTGRO on request. |
