At least fourteen (14) clear days' notice shall be given the shareholders of the Bank of any meeting of the Bank. The notice shall specify the place, day and hour of the meeting and in the case of special business the general nature of such and shall be given in the manner hereinafter mentioned, but with the consent of ninety-five per cent (95%) of the members entitled to receive notice of any particular meeting, the meeting may be convened by such shorter notice and in such manner as those members may think fit.
