Save in the case of urgent meetings, notice of the holding of any meeting shall be dispatched to each of the directors so that it will in the ordinary course of post reach his or her usual place of abode or business at least four (4) days before the holding of the meeting. The non-receipt of the notice by any director shall not invalidate the proceedings of the directors.
