The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, apply to the Bank any provision of—
| (a) | the Companies Act; |
| (b) | the Banks Act, 1990 (Act No. 94 of 1990); or |
| (c) | any other appropriate legislation, |
in so far as such provision is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, with such modifications as the Minister may consider necessary and specify in that notice.
