Every holder of shares or debentures shall be entitled to one certificate for all the shares or debentures registered in his or her name or, if the directors so approve, upon paying such fee as the directors may from time to time determine, to several certificates, each for one or more of such shares or debentures. Every certificate shall specify the number and denoting numbers of the shares or debentures in respect of which it is issued and the amount paid up thereon.
