The Bank shall keep at its office a register of directors, and the Bank shall enter in the register the date of the appointment, full name, usual residential address and occupation of each director. Whenever a director cases to be a director, the Bank shall, as soon as may be after the cessation, record it, and the date thereof, in the said register.
