The Board may appoint a committee consisting of such member or members of its body, or other persons, as it thinks fit to transact such business on behalf of the Bank as it may be entrusted by the Board to transact. Any committee so formed shall conform to any regulations that may from time to time be imposed upon it by the Board. The committee shall keep a record of its acts and proceedings in the same way as the Board is required to do by these regulations.
