| (1) | Every owner or partner or member of a dental laboratory shall pay to the Council an amount of R 9,657-00 as an annual fee for the period 1 March to 28 February of each financial year or part thereof. |
| (2) | The amount referred to in sub-regulation (1) is due 30 days after invoice date. |

Liability
| (1) | The annual fees referred to in— |
(a) Regulation 12(1) is due 30 days after invoice date; and
(b) Regulation 11(1) is due on the day of the registration concerned and is payable within 90 calendar days from the date of registration.
| (2) | If a person referred to in regulation 12(1) does not pay the annual fees by the relevant date referred to in regulation 12(2), the registrar shall send a reminder by email or registered post to such dental laboratory owner address, as entered in the Register. |
| (3) | If a person referred to in regulation 12(1) does not pay the annual fees within three (3) months after the date on which the reminder referred to in sub regulation (1) was sent to dental laboratory owner, the registration shall be removed from the register concerned in terms of section 24(1)(c) of the Act. |
