| (1) | Every owner or partner or member of a dental laboratory shall pay to the Council an amount of R 8,159-00 as an annual fee for the period 1 March to 28 February of each financial year or part thereof. |
| (2) | The amount referred to in sub-regulation (1) shall be due on 1 March of each year and shall be payable no later than 31 March of each year. |
