Chapter 1 : The South African Dental Technicians Council: Objects, Functions and Powers

(1)	All registration and examination fees and any other fees payable under this Act, shall be paid to the council and shall constitute its funds, and the council shall utilise its funds for defraying expenses incurred in connection with the performance of its functions.

(2)	The council may invest any moneys not required for immediate use and may establish such reserve funds, and deposit therein such amounts, as it may deem necessary or expedient.
