The Minister shall from time to time, on the recommendation of the council, by notice in the Gazette specify the acts or omissions in respect of which the council may take disciplinary action under this Chapter: Provided that the powers of the council to inquire into and deal with any complaint, charge or allegation under this Chapter, shall not be limited to the acts or omissions so specified.
