The court convicting any person of a contravention of section 27, 29, 30 or 33 or of a failure to comply with the conditions of a permit issued under section 33(3), may declare any unmounted artificial teeth in connection with which the contravention has taken place, or any material or equipment used for the purposes of or in connection with the contravention, to be forfeited to the State, and such teeth, material or equipment may thereupon be sold or otherwise disposed of as the Director-General may direct.
