27.1	The CETA must determine the composition of the respective Regional Committees and shall ensure the representation of major stakeholders from all provinces in the region. These should not comprise of less than the following members per province:

27.1.1

three employer members;

27.1.2

three trade union members;

27.1.3

one member of provincial government departments;

27.1.4

the Chief Executive Officer of the CETA in an ex officio capacity or his or her nominee, without vote;

27.1.5

the regional manager of the CETA in an ex officio capacity, without vote;

27.1.6

two members of accredited education and training providers in the province;

27.1.7

such further members as may be co-opted by the Regional Committee with the approval of the CETA;

27.1.8

Alternate members:

The following alternate members shall be appointed per province:

27.1.8.1

Three alternate employer members;

27.1.8.2

three alternate trade union members;

27.1.8.3

One alternate member of provincial government departments.
