In these regulations any word or expression to which a meaning is assigned in the Act has the same meaning and unless inconsistent with the context
"the Act"
means the Skills Development Act, 1998 (Act No. 97 of 1998);
"Annexure"
means an Annexure to these regulations;
"labour centre"
means a labour centre established under section 23(1)(a) of the Act;
"registered work-seeker"
means a work-seeker registered in terms of section 23(2)(b) of the Act.
