| (1) | The parties to an agreement may, by mutual agreement and subject to the SETA's prior approval, amend the terms of a registered agreement. |
| (2) | A SETA may register an amendment referred to in subregulation (1) if an annexure signed by each party indicating the amendment to the original agreement is submitted to the SETA prior to implementing the amendment. |
