The Local Government: Municipal Electoral Act, 2000 (Act No. 27 of 2000), has been updated with the Official List of Voting Stations : Municipal By-Elections – 6 December 2023, as per Notice No. 2184 of GG49731 dated 17 November 2023.
The Liquor Products Act, 1989 (Act No. 60 of 1989), has been updated with the Defining of Production Area: Rooikrans, as per Board Notice 508 of GG49720 dated 17 November 2023.

The Commission on Gender Equality Act, 1996 (Act No. 39 of 1996), has been updated with the Determination of Salaries and Allowances of Commissioners of the Commission for Gender Equality: 2022/2023, as per Notice No. 4064 of GG49713, dated 14 November 2023.
The Civil Aviation Act, 2009 (Act No. 13 of 2009), has been updated with the 28th Amendment of the Civil Aviation Regulations, 2011 published under Notice R.425 of 1 June 2012, as per Notice No. 4057 of GG49657, dated 10 November 2023.
The Children’s Act, 2005 (Act No. 38 of 2005) has been updated by Amendments to the General Regulations Regarding Children 2010 under Notice R.261 of 2010, as per Notice No. 4059 of GG49659, dated 10 November 2023.
The Auditing Profession Act, 2005 (Act No. 26 of 2005), has been updated with the Adoption of the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board's (IAASB) 2022 Handbook of International Quality Management, Auditing, Review, other Assurance, and related services pronouncements in terms of the Act, as amended, as per Board Notice 509 of GG49720, dated 17 November 2023.
The Local Government: Municipal Electoral Act, 2000 (Act No. 27 of 2000), has been updated with the Official List of Voting Stations : Municipal By-Elections – 22 November 2023, as per Notice No. 2117 of GG49599 dated 3 November 2023.
The Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995), has been updated with the Extension of and Amendment to Addendum 1-Clause 3 and Clause 4 of the Main Collective Agreement to Non-parties of the Furniture Bargaining Council, as per Notice No. R.4026 of GG49596, dated 3 November 2023.
The Interim Protection of Informal Land Rights Act, 1996 (Act No. 31 of 1996), has been amended by the Extension of the Application of the Provisions of the Interim Protection of Informal Land Rights Act, 1996 (Act No. 31 of 1996), as per Notice No. 4026 of GG49603 dated 3 November 2023.
The Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, 2003 (Act No. 53 of 2003), has been updated with the Application for Market Access Permits for Agricultural Products in terms of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) Agreement for 2024, as per Notice No. 4024 of GG49591 dated 2 November 2023.

The National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008), has been updated with the Determination of the Licensing Authority for the Different Classes of Landfills, as per Notice No. 3968 of GG49511 dated 17 October 2023.
The National Water Act, 1998 (Act No. 36 of 1998) has been updated with the Disestablishment of Hoeko Irrigation Board in Western Cape Province, as per Notice No. 3983 of GG49518, dated 20 October 2023.
The Military Veterans Act, 2011 (Act No. 18 of 2011) has been updated with the Military Veterans Pension Regulations, 2023, as per Notice No. R. 3949 of GG49442, dated 6 October 2023.
The Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, 1996 (Act No. 47 of 1996), has been updated with the Establishment of Statutory Measure – registration of producers, exporters, municipal markets and traders of Plums & Prunes, Nectarines & Peaches, Apricots, Apples & Pears and processors of Apple Concentrate and Packers/Processors of Dried Fruit, as per Notice No. R.3941 of GG49405, dated 6 October 2023.

The National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004), has been updated with the Biodiversity Management Plan for the Southern Ground-Hornbill (Bucorvus leadbeateri) – the full Management Plan can be viewed as part of this notice, as per Notice No. 3921 of GG49379 dated 29 September 2023.

The Use of Official Languages Act, 2012 (Act No. 12 of 2012), has been updated with a Notice in terms of Section 12(1) of the Act and Regulation 9 of the Regulations published on 28 February 2014 under GG10140: Notice of Exemption of the National Gambling Board from Establishing a Language Unit, as per Notice No. 3771, GG49079, dated 4 August 2023.
The Remuneration of Public Office Bearers Act, 1998 (Act No. 20 of 1998), has been updated with the Repeal of Proc 73 of 2022 and new Determination of Salaries and Allowances of Traditional Leaders, Members of National House and Provincial Houses of Traditional Leaders: 2022/2023, as per Proclamation Notice 134 of GG49124 dated 16 August 2023.
The Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), has been updated with Maximum Retail Price for Liquefied Gas, as per Notice No. R.3743 of GG49061 dated 1 August 2023.
