The Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act, 2007 (Act No. 32 of 2007), has been updated with the Designation of Courts for the Regional Divisions at which Sexual Offences Courts must be established, as per Notice No. R.2690 of GG47410 dated 31 October 2022.

 

The Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act, 2007 (Act No. 32 of 2007), has been updated with Amendments to Regulations under Notice R.561 of 2008: Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Regulations, as per Notice No. R.2383 of GG46736 dated 19 August 2022.

 

The Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act, 2007 (Act No. 32 of 2007), has been Amended by the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Act, 2021 (Act No. 13 of 2021), as per Notice No. N787 of GG45823 dated 28 January 2022, as well as the Commencement of these Amendments effective 31 July 2022, as per Proclamation R.79 of GG47105 dated 29 July 2022.

 

The Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act, 2007 (Act No. 32 of 2007) has been updated by Regulations relating to Sexual Offences Courts as per Notice No. R.108 of GG43000 dated 7 February 2020.

 

The Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act, 2007 (Act No. 32 of 2007) has been amended by the Judicial Matters Amendment Act (Act No. 8 of 2017), Gazette No. 41018 and Notice No. 770, dated 2 August 2017.
