The Road Accident Fund Act, 1996 (Act No. 56 of 1996), has been updated with the Adjustment of Statutory Limit in respect of Claims for Loss of Income and Loss of Support – effective from 30 April 2025, as per Board Notice 786 of GG52691 dated 16 May 2025.

 

The Pharmacy Act, 1974 (Act No. 53 of 1974), has been updated with Fees Payable to the Council, as per Board Notice 787 of GG52709 dated 21 May 2025.

 

The National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), has been updated with the Adoption and Implementation of the Sandveld Environmental Management Framework Standard, 2025 and the Exclusion of identified activities from the requirement to obtain an Environmental Authorisation, as per Notice No. 6202 of GG52691, dated 16 May 2025.

 

The National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications Act, 2008 (Act No. 5 of 2008), has been updated with the Compulsory Specifications for Dried Abalone – VC9108 – effective November 2025, as per Notice No. R.6211 of GG52705 dated 23 May 2025.

 

The Merchant Shipping Act, 1951 (Act No. 57 of 1951), has been updated with the Repeal of Amendments under Notice No. 1384 of 4 November 2022 and new Amendments to Regulations Relating to Merchant Shipping (Collision and Distress Signals) Amendment Regulations, 2024, as per Notice No. 2671 of GG51003, dated 2 August 2024.

 

The Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995), has been updated with the Extension of Period of Operation to Non-parties of the Main Collective Agreement for the National Bargaining Council for the Clothing Manufacturing Industry, as per Notice No. R.6229 of GG52750, dated 30 May 2025.

 

The Local Government: Municipal Electoral Act, 2000 (Act No. 27 of 2000), has been updated with the Official List of Voting Stations : Municipal By-Elections – 11 June 2025, as per Notice No. 3226 of GG52721 dated 23 May 2025.

 

The Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 (Act No. 130 of 1993), has been updated with Annual Increase in Medical Tariffs for Medical Services Providers – Amendment Gazette – Private Hospitals 2025, as per Notice No. 3231 of GG52741, dated 28 May 2025.

 

The Children’s Act, 2005 (Act No. 38 of 2005) has been amended and updated by the Children’s Amendment Act 17 of 2022 – Sections 4, 5, 8(e), 11 and 12 - effective 28 May 2025, as per Proclamation 263 of GG52742 dated 28 May 2025.

 

The Special Investigating Units and Special Tribunals Act, 1996 (Act No. 74 of 1996), has been updated with Referral of Matters: Bushbuckridge Local Municipality, Mpumalanga, as per Proclamation 259 of GG52688 dated 16 May 2025.

 

The Pharmacy Act, 1974 (Act No. 53 of 1974), has been updated with Competency standards for a specialist pharmacist who provides industrial pharmaceutical services in South Africa, as per Board Notice 782 of GG52604 dated 9 May 2025.

 

The Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), has been updated with Maximum Retail Price for Liquefied Gas, as per Notice No. R. 6174 of GG52599 dated 6 May 2025.

 

The National Water Act, 1998 (Act No. 36 of 1998) has been updated with the Amendment to paragraph (c) of Notice No. 4201 of 14 December 2023 - Transformation of Brand River Irrigation Board into Brand River Water User Association, as per Notice No. 6163 of GG52575, dated 2 May 2025.

 

The Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995), has been updated with the Cancellation of Registration of a Trade Union – BAWSI Agricultural Workers Union of South Africa (BAWUSA) (LR2/6/2/1662) – effective 31/03/2025, as per Notice No. R.6206 of GG52693, dated 15 May 2025.

 

The Local Government: Municipal Electoral Act, 2000 (Act No. 27 of 2000), has been updated with the Official List of Voting Stations : Municipal By-Elections – 28 May 2025, as per Notice No. 3183 of GG52606 dated 9 May 2025.

 

The Legal Practice Act, 2014 (Act No. 28 of 2014), has been updated with Amendments to Rules – Rule 21.4 and insertion of subrules 21.4.1 and 21.4.2, as per Notice No. 3168 of GG52575 dated 2 May 2025.

The National Railway Safety Regulator Act, 2002 (Act No. 16 of 2002), has been updated with the Determination of Safety Permit Fees for the 2025/2026 Financial Year, as per Notice No. 6156 of GG52566, dated 24 April 2025.

 

The Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995), has been updated with the Amendments of and Extension to the Administrative Collective Agreement to Non-Parties of the Motor Industry Bargaining Council under Notice R.3225 of 31 March 2023 as amended and extended, as per Notice No. R.6084 of GG52446, dated 2 April 2025.

 

The Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005), has been updated with Amendments to Call Termination Regulations, 2014 under Notice 844 of 2014, with Reasons Document - effective 1 July 2025, as per Notice No R.5646 of GG51718 dated 9 December 2024.

 

The Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act, 2001 (Act No. 37 of 2001) has been updated with the Recognition of the Immunities and Privileges of the Global Fund Mission, per Notice No. 6145 of GG52563, dated 25 April 2025.

 

The Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 (Act No. 130 of 1993), has been updated with a Notice on the Manner of Calculation of Return of Earnings and the Determination of Earnings for Inclusion/Exclusion in the Measurement of Compensation Benefits, as per Notice No. 6141 of GG52558, dated 24 April 2025.

 

The Veterinary and Para-Veterinary Professions Act, 1982 (Act No. 19 of 1982), has been updated with Amendment of Table 1: Fees Payable of the Regulations under R.2085 of 1982, as per Notice No. 3136 of GG52505 dated 14 April 2025.

 

The South African Civil Aviation Authority Levies Act, 1998 (Act No. 41 of 1998), has been updated with a Notice made by the South African Civil Aviation Authority in terms of South African Civil Aviation Authority Levies Act, 1998 (Act No. 41 of 1998) on the Sale of Aviation Fuel - effective 1 May 2025, as per Notice No. 6060, GG52388, dated 28 March 2025.

 

The Social Assistance Act, 2004 (Act No. 13 of 2004) has been updated with Amendments to Regulations under R.2042 of 2022: Regulations relating to COVID-19 Social Relief of Distress – effective 1 April 2025, as per Notice No. R.6137 of GG52537370, dated 22 April 2025.

 

The Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No. 4 of 2013), has been updated with Amendments to Regulations under R.1383 of 2018: Regulations relating to the Protection of Personal Information, 2018, as per Notice No. 6126 of GG52523, dated 17 April 2025.

 

The Property Valuers Profession Act, 2000 (Act No. 47 of 2000), has been updated with Fees and Charges for the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession - effective 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026, as per Notice No. 3130 of GG52495 dated 11 April 2025.

 

The Political Party Funding Act, 2018 (Act No. 6 of 2018), has been updated with Political Representatives Fund & Multi-Party Democracy Fund, as per Notice No. 3143 of GG52526, dated 16 April 2025.

 

The National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), has been updated with Amendments to Regulations under R.414 of 2021: Regulations Prohibiting the Production, Distribution, Import, Export, Sale and Use of Persistent Organic Pollutants that are listed by the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, 2021, as per Notice No. 6135 of GG52533, dated 17 April 2025.

 

The Natural Scientific Professions Act, 2003 (Act No. 27 of 2003), has been updated with the Repeal of all previous Board Notices regarding Fees and new Fee Structure for 2025/2026 – effective 1 April 2025, as per Board Notice 765 of GG52449 of 4 April 2025.

 

The Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995), has been updated with the Renewal and Extension of the Registration and Administration Expenses Collective Agreement and the Dispute Resolution Collective Agreement for the Metal and Engineering Industries Bargaining Council, as per Notice No. 6136 of GG52536, dated 17 April 2025.

 

The Local Government: Municipal Electoral Act, 2000 (Act No. 27 of 2000), has been updated with the Official List of Voting Stations : Municipal By-Elections – 14 May 2025, as per Notice No. 3146 of GG52535 dated 17 April 2025.

 

The International Trade Administration Act, 2002 (Act No. 71 of 2002), has been updated with Guidelines, Rules, and Conditions pertaining to permits issued under Rebate Item 306.01/2815.11/03.06 for rebate on Solid Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda), classifiable under tariff subheading 2815.11, for conversion to Sodium Hydroxide in Aqueous Solution (Soda Lye or Liquid Soda), classifiable under tariff subheading 2815.12, as per Notice No. 3141 of GG52523 dated 17 April 2025.

 

The Hazardous Substances Act, 1973 (Act No. 15 of 1973) has been updated with the

The Employment Equity Act, 1998 (Act No. 55 of 1998), has been updated by the Repeal of Employment Equity Regulations, 2014 under R.595 of 2014 and new Employment Equity Regulations, 2025 added, as per Notice No. 6125 of GG52515, dated 15 April 2025.

 

The Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005), has been updated with the Extension of the Due Date for the Renewal of Radio Frequency Spectrum Licences Regulations, 2025, with Reasons Document, as per Notice No 6127 of GG52524 dated 15 April 2025.

 

The Animal Identification Act, 2002 (Act No. 6 of 2002), has been updated with amendments to Table 1-Fees Payable under Regulations Notice R.1683 of 2003, as per Notice No. R.6085 of GG52448 dated 7 April 2025.

 

The Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company Act, 1993 has been updated with a Correction Notice to Notice 2924 of 3 January 2025 amending Sections 9.9, 9.12, and Paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Appendix, as per Notice No. 3131, GG52495 dated 11 April 2025.

 

The Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), has been updated with Amendment of the Regulations in respect of Petroleum Products, as per Notice No. R.6083 of GG52445 dated 1 April 2025.

 

The Housing Development Schemes for Retired Persons Act, 1988 (Act No. 65 of 1988), has been updated with Final Notice on the Consideration of an Exemption Application in terms of the Housing Development Schemes for Retired Persons Act 1988 (Act No. 69 of 1988) - Bridgewater Manor, as per Notice No. 3113 of GG52451, dated 3 April 2025.

The National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), has been updated with the Regulations for the Management of Mercury in South Africa, 2024, as per Notice No. 6073 of GG52424, dated 31 March 2025.

 

The Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 (Act No. 29 of 1996) has been updated with the Amendment of Chapter 8, by the insertion of 8.13 to the Regulations under R.93 of 1997: Mine Health and Safety Regulations, as per Notice No. 6054 of GG52388 dated 28 March 2025.

 

The Local Government: Municipal Electoral Act, 2000 (Act No. 27 of 2000), has been updated with the Official List of Voting Stations : Municipal By-Elections – 16 April 2025, as per Notice No. 3092 of GG52402 dated 28 March 2025.

 

The Liquor Products Act, 1989 (Act No. 60 of 1989), has been updated with Amendments to the Regulations under Notice R.1433 of 29 June 1990, as per Notice No. R.5976 of GG52263 dated 14 March 2025.

 

The Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001 (Act No. 38 of 2001), has been updated with Directive 3A of 2025 – Notification of failure to report, as per Notice No. 6072 of GG52423, dated 31 March 2025.

 

The Electricity Regulation Act, 2006 (Act No. 4 of 2006), has been updated with a Determination under Section 34(1) of the Act - New Electricity Transmission Infrastructure, as per Notice No. 6070 of GG52418 dated 28 March 2025.

 

The Dental Technicians Act, 1979 (Act No. 19 of 1979) has been updated with the Repeal of Notice No. 4515 of 25 February 2024 and new Notice Regarding Annual Fees Payable to the Council, 2025, as per Notice No. 6033 of GG52373 dated 24 March 2025.

 

The Climate Change Act, 2024 (Act No. 22 of 2024) was added to the site on 27 March 2025 per Notice No. 5050, GG50966, dated 23 July 2024 - effective 17 March 2025 per Commencement Proclamation Notice 251 of 17 March 2025, GG52319 – save for certain sections per this Proclamation.

 

The Value-Added Tax Act, 1991 (Act No. 89 of 1991), has been updated with Amendments to the Definition “valuable metal” in Regulation 1 of the Domestic Reverse Charge Regulations under Notice No. 2140 of 2022 - effective 1 April 2025, as per Notice No. 5995, GG52295 dated 14 March 2025.

 

The South African Civil Aviation Authority Levies Act, 1998 (Act No. 41 of 1998), has been updated with the Amendment of Paragraph 2 of the Determination published under Notice No. R.1665 of December 1998, as per Notice No. 5920, GG52197, dated 28 February 2025.

 

The Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999), has been updated with the Rate of Interest on Government Loans, as per Notice No. 3043, GG52264, dated 14 March 2025.

 

The Promotion of National Unity and Reconciliation Act, 1995 (Act No. 34 of 1995), has been updated with a Correction Notice to Notice R.5948 of 5 March 2025 – correcting the amount published next to Regulation 9(1)(c) under the Schedule, as per Notice No. R.5996 of GG52297 dated 14 March 2025.

 

The Pharmacy Act, 1974 (Act No. 53 of 1974), has been updated with Rules relating to the Services for which a pharmacist may levy a fee and Guidelines for levying such a fee or fees, as per Board Notice 754 of GG52264 dated 14 March 2025.

 

The Perishable Products Export Control Act, 1983 (Act No. 9 of 1983), has been updated with the Statutory Fees (Levies) on Perishable Products – effective 1 April 2025, as per Board Notice 741 of GG52199, dated 28 February 2025.

 

The Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No. 85 of 1993), has been updated with the Insertion of Tables (a), (b) and (c) as annexures to the Explosives Regulations, 2024 under Notice R.5048 23 July 2024, as per Notice No. R.6004 of GG52343 dated 19 March 2025.

 

The National Environmental Management: Integrated Coastal Management Act, 2008 (Act No. 24 of 2008), has been amended and updated by the Repeal of Chapter 9 by section 60 of the National Environmental Laws Amendment Act, 2022, dated 24 June 2022: Commencement by Proclamation 249 of 2025, GG52270, dated 13 March 2025.

 

The National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), has been amended and updated by the insertion of Section 43(1C) by section 35(a) of the National Environmental Laws Amendment Act, 2022, dated 24 June 2022: Commencement by Proclamation 249 of 2025, GG52270, dated 13 March 2025.

 

The Liquor Products Act, 1989 (Act No. 60 of 1989), has been updated with Wine of Origin Scheme Amendments made under Notice R.1434 of 1990, as per Notice No. R.6003 of GG52342 dated 20 March 2025.

 

The Income Tax Act, 1962 (Act No. 58 of 1962), has been updated with the Fixing of Rate Per Kilometre in respect of Motor Vehicles for the purposes of Section 8(1)(b)(ii) and (iii) of the Act, as per Notice No. 5936, GG52199 dated 28 February 2025.

 

The Health Professions Act, 1974 (Act No. 56 of 1974), has been updated with Regulations Relating to the Registration of Optometry or Dispensing  Optician Students, 2025, as per Notice No. 5982 of GG52264, dated 14 March 2025.

 

The Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 (Act No. 54 of 1972) has been updated with Regulations relating to the Prohibition of the Sale, Importation and Manufacture of Foodstuffs containing any part of the plant or component derived from the genus Cannabis saliva L, Hemp, Hemp seed oil or hemp seed flour, as per Notice No. 5960 of GG52227 dated 7 March 2025.

 

The Electronic Deeds Registration Systems Act, 2019 (Act No. 19 of 2019), has been updated with a Proclamation determining that sections 1, 3 and 6 of the Act shall come into operation on 1 April 2025, as per Proclamation No. 250, GG52289, dated 14 March 2025.

 

The Domestic Violence Act, 1998, (Act No. 116 of 1998) has been updated with Amendments to Regulation 7 and Form 6 of the Regulations under Notice R.3289 of April 2023: Domestic Violence Regulations, 2022, as per Notice No. R.5966, GG52228 dated 7 March 2025.

 

The Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2002), has been updated with the Classification of a National Disaster in terms of Section 23 of the Disaster Management Act: Impact of Severe Weather in the Country, as per Notice No. 5968 of GG52230 dated 7 March 2025.

 

The Customs and Excise Act, 1964 (Act No.91 of 1964), has been updated with Amendment of Rules – Rule 58A.01 and 58A.03 - with retrospective effect from 19 February 2025, as per Notice No. R.5974, GG52255 dated 11 March 2025.

 

The Cross-Border Road Transport Act, 1998 (Act No. 4 of 1998) has been updated with the Amendment of Schedules 1 and 2 of the Amended Regulations, 2014: Revised Fee Adjustments under Notice No. R.466 of 2019 – effective 1 April 2025 and replaces all previous Fee Adjustments, as per Notice No. 5921 of GG52198 dated 28 February 2025.

 

The Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 (Act No. 130 of 1993), has been updated a Notice for Confirmation of Employers Registration Details Forms, as per Notice No. 3060 of GG52333, dated 18 March 2025.

 

The Civil Aviation Act, 2009 (Act No. 13 of 2009), has been updated with the Thirty-Second Amendment of the Civil Aviation Regulations, 2011 under Notice No. R.425 of 2012 – effective 1 April 2025, as per Notice No. 5939 of GG52205, dated 28 February 2025.

 

The Carbon Tax Act, 2019 (Act No. 15 of 2019), has been updated with Amendments to the Regulations under Notice R.1556 of 29 November 2019: Regulations under section 19 of the Carbon Tax Act - are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2024, as per Notice No. 5992, GG52292 dated 14 March 2025.

 

The Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997 (Act No. 75 of 1997), has been updated with a Determination: Earnings Threshold, as per Notice No. R.5970 of GG52232 dated 7 March 2025.

 

The Auditing Profession Act, 2005 (Act No. 26 of 2005), has been updated with Fees payable to the IRBA and Assurance Fees payable to the IRBA with effect from 1 April 2025, as per Board Notice 760 of GG52351, dated 20 March 2025.

 

The Animal Diseases Act, 1984 (Act No. 35 of 1984), has been updated with the Repeal of Notice No. 5064 of July 2024 and new Control Measures relating to Foot and Mouth Disease, as per Notice No. 5997 of GG52318 dated 17 March 2025.

 

The Agricultural Pests Act, 1983 (Act No. 36 of 1983), has been updated with Amendments to Table 1 of the Regulations: Fees Payable under Notice R.111 of 1984 - effective 1 April 2025, as per Notice No. R.5964 of GG52228 dated 7 March 2025.

 

The Sectional Titles Act, 1986 (Act No. 95 of 1986), has been updated with Amendments to Regulations under Notice R.664 of 1988 - effective 1 April 2025, as per Notice No. 5941 of GG52208, dated 3 March 2025.

The Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999), has been updated with Amendments to the Treasury Regulations for departments, trading entities, constitutional institutions, and public entities under Notice No. R.225 of 2005 – effective 1 June 2025, as per Notice No. 5841, GG52061, dated 7 February 2025.

 

The National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), has been updated with the Withdrawal of Notice No. 5848 of 6 February 2025 - Regulations for the Management of Mercury in South Africa, 2024, as per Notice No. 5900 of GG52176, dated 24 February 2025 - until these Regulations have been tabled in Parliament in terms of section 47(2) of the Act.
