| 1) | An MEC may by notice in the official Gazette of the province issue provincial guidelines on the implementation of these Regulations, including guidelines with regard to the matters set out in regulation 73(a), (b), (c) or (d), in relation to applications in respect of which the MEC is the competent authority. |
| 2) | Provincial guidelines issued in terms of subregulation (1) must be consistent with any national guidelines issued in terms of regulation 73. |
