| 4.1 | The Founder hereby irrevocably donates the sum of to the Trustees in trust, who in their capacity as such, hereby accepts such donation for the purpose and subject to the conditions of this deed. |
| 4.2 | The donation made in terms of clause 4.1 hereof shall immediately vest in the Trustees but always subject to the terms of this deed. |
