| (1) | The South African DNA will notify the Rotterdam Convention Secretariat in writing when a new final regulatory action is notified or is amended, as soon as possible after the adoption or the promulgation of the new final regulatory action, and no later than 60 days after the date on which the new final regulatory action is to be implemented. |
| (2) | In the case of chemicals listed in Annexure I, the South African DNA will provide the Rotterdam Convention Secretariat with information concerning the relevant final regulatory action, so that the information can be disseminated to other Parties to the Rotterdam Convention as appropriate. |
