The Minister may by notice in the Gazette—
| (a) | establish any forum or advisory committee; |
| (b) | determine its composition and functions; and |
| (c) | determine, in consultation with the Minister of Finance, the basis and extent of the remuneration and payment of expenses of any member of such forum or committee. |
