The Registrar may make voting facilities available by any or all of the following methods: |
| (1) |
use of electronic mail; |
| (2) |
use of the internet; or |
| (3) |
use of telecommunications. |
| 8A.2 |
If voting facilities by any voting method referred to in sub-regulation 8A.1 are being made available, any enfranchised voter wishing to vote by such method shall do so— |
| (1) |
in accordance with the instructions given on the voting paper; and |
| (2) |
by the last date for the return of the voting papers. |
| 8A.3 |
The Registrar may take such steps as he or she considers necessary to ascertain that any vote cast by any of the methods referred to in subregulation 8A.1 is valid. |
