| (1) | All veterinary facilities shall be registered with the council and comply with the applicable minimum standards for veterinary facilities. |

| (2) | An applicant that applies for the registration of a veterinary facility shall make an application for registration on a form that is obtainable from the registrar for this purpose certifying that the veterinary facility complies with the applicable minimum standards. |
