Where an enfranchised voter has voted by any of the voting methods referred to in sub-regulation 8A.1, if such a method has been made available by the Registrar, the Registrar shall reject any purported vote which—
| (1) | is ambiguous; |
| (2) | has not been registered in accordance with the arrangements approved by the Registrar for voting by the method concerned; or |
| (3) | has been received by the Registrar after the last date for the return of voting papers. |
