I, Senzeni Zokwana , Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, has, in terms of section 43(1)(j) of the Veterinary and Para-Veterinary Professions Act, 1982 (Act No. 19 of 1982), and after consultation with the South African Veterinary Council:
| (a) | Made the regulations in the Schedule; |
| (b) | Repealed the regulations published in Government Notice No. 38574 (Notice No. 235) on 20 March 2015 |
| (c) | Determined that the set regulations shall come into operation on date of publication |
