| (1) | The Minister may prescribe fees after consultation with the registrar in respect of matters contemplated in this Act and, in relation to such fees as well as fees payable in terms of this Act, the person by whom the fee must be paid, the manner of payment thereof and, where necessary, the interest payable in respect of overdue fees. |
| (2) | Fees payable in terms of this Act and interest so payable in respect of overdue fees may be recovered by the registrar by civil action in a competent court. |
