| (1) | The court may grant a judicial management order in respect of a regulated person which is a company or other corporate body on the application of the persons, except a provisional or final judicial manager or curator, referred to in section 107, and section 107(4)(a) and (b) applies, with the changes required by the context, to an application for a judicial management order. |
| (2) | The Companies Act applies, subject to section 110, to the judicial management of a regulated person that is a company. |
