National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act No. 93 of 1996)Chapter II : Application of Act and minimum requirements3B. Application for registration as inspector of Iicences, examiner of vehicles, examiner for driving licences or traffic officer |
| 1) | Any person desiring to be registered as— |
| a) | an inspector of licences; |
| b) | an examiner of vehicles; |
| c) | an examiner for driving licences; or |
| d) | a traffic officer, shall apply in the prescribed manner to the chief executive officer. |
| 2) | An application, referred to in subsection (1) shall, be accompanied by the prescribed fees. |
