The Minister of Health, Welfare and Pensions has, in terms of section 15(1) of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 (Act No. 54 of 1972), made the following regulation which may be applied from the date of publication hereof but shall be applied with effect from a date six months after the date of publication.
