| (1) | A local authority may exempt in writing any person from compliance with some of these regulations if in the opinion of such local authority, such non-compliance neither does nor will create a health hazard. |
| (2) | Such an exemption shall be subject to the conditions and valid for the period determined and stated in the said document by the local authority. |
