| (1) | The Advisory Council may make rules in relation to the holding of and the procedure at meetings of the Advisory Council and those rules are subject to the approval of the Minister. |
| (2) | Meetings of the Advisory Council must be held at such time and place as may be determined by the chairperson of the Advisory Council in accordance with its rules. |
| (3) | Members of the Advisory Council are accountable to Parliament. |
