The capital contributed by members may comprise any of the following:
| (a) | Entrance fees; |
| (b) | membership fees or subscriptions; |
| (c) | the consideration for membership shares or additional shares in a co-operative; |
| (d) | member loans; and |
| (e) | funds of member. |
