Proclamation Notice 269 of 2025

In terms of section 71 (2) of the Railway Safety Act, 2024 (Act No. 30 of 2024), I hereby determine 1 August 2025 as the date which the said Act shall come into operation, with the exclusion of section 4, section 34, section 35, section 38, section 48, section 50, section 51, section 52, section 54, section 55, section 56, section 62, section 64, section 65 and section 68.
