Purchase

(1)	The Minister may make regulations in respect of the contents, class, type, time period and format of data to be submitted to the Regulator for assessment of the compliance of an operator with the provisions of this Act.

(2)	The Minister may make regulations in respect of the information which the Regulator must publish for public information or public consultation.
