Railway Safety Act, 2024 (Act No. 30 of 2024)Chapter 8 : Appeals56. Appeal to Transport Appeal Tribunal |
| (1) | A person who is aggrieved by a decision regarding an appeal in terms of section 55 may, in terms of section 12 of the Transport Appeal Tribunal Act, lodge an appeal with the Transport Appeal Tribunal against that decision. |
| (2) | Any appeal lodged in terms of subsection (1) must comply with the Transport Appeal Tribunal Act and any regulations promulgated thereunder. |
