The Nursing Act, 2005 (Act No. 33 of 2005) has been amended by List of Approved Facilities for the Purposes of Performing Community Service by Nurses in the year 2016, Notice No. 689, Government Gazette 39070, dated 6 August 2015.

 

The Act has been updated by Government Notice R. 542. Nursing Council: Notice regarding fees payable to the Council in terms of the Regulations relating to the particulars to be furnished to the Council for keeping of the register for nursing practitioners. The manner of effecting alterations to the register and certificates that may be issued by the Council. Gazette 34409 dated 30 June 2011.

 

The Act has been updated with Regulations relating to Particulars to be furnished to the South African Nursing Council – Notice No. R. 195 in Government Gazette No. 30786 dated 19 February 2008, and Notice No. R. 578 regarding Fees Payable to the Council, in Government Gazette No. 33340 dated 30 June 2010.

 

The Nursing Act, 2005 (Act No. 33 of 2005) has been updated by the inclusion of Regulations relating to Performance of Community Service published in Government Gazette No. 30184 dated 24 August 2007; as well as two Government Notices dated 22 February 2008 and 13 March 2008;

 

The Nursing Act, 2005 (Act No. 33 of 2005) has been added to the site, as published in Government Gazette No. 28883 dated 29 May 2006.
