| 1. | The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ("the Authority"), hereby publishes the Final Radio Frequency Spectrum Assignment Plan for the frequency band 440 MHz to 450 MHz in terms of regulation 3 of the Radio Frequency Spectrum Regulations, 2015, read with the Radio Frequency Migration Regulation 2013, the 2013 and 2019 Radio Frequency Migration Plans. |
