| (1) | Classification 1 equipment in Table 2, in Appendix B, is exempted from Equipment Authorisation. |
| (2) | Classification 1 equipment nevertheless must conform to the Applicable Standards, as prescribed in regulation 13, and must be registered with the Authority, using the Authority’s online system1. |
