Any disciplinary measure instituted in terms of section 21F of the repealed Act, any appeal or review lodged in terms of section 21G of that Act and any criminal proceedings instituted in terms of section 28 of that Act, but not yet finalised when this Act takes effect, must be dealt with and concluded in terms of the repealed Act as if that Act had not been repealed.
