Purchase

(1)	The Board may adopt a resolution without a meeting if at least a majority of the members in office at the time indicate their support for the resolution in accordance with a procedure previously established by the Board.

(2) A resolution in terms of subsection (1)—

(a) has the same status as if it were adopted at a meeting; and

(b) must be regarded as having been adopted on a day determined in accordance with the procedure contemplated in subsection (1).
