The Chairperson of the Board must ensure that—
| (a) |
complaints lodged in terms of these regulations are— |
| (i) |
properly assessed; and |
| (ii) |
efficiently dealt with and disposed of; |
| (b) |
complainants are treated with respect and courtesy; |
| (c) |
complainants receive, as far as is reasonably practical, assistance to enable them to understand the procedure in relation to complaints lodged; |
| (d) |
complainants receive a timely and appropriate response; and |
| (e) |
complainants are informed of the outcome of the investigation of their complaints. |
