A wholesale licence must include—
| (a) | the name of the licensee; |
| (b) | the licence number; |
| (c) | the identity number or company registration number of the licensee; |
| (d) | the business address of the licensee; |
| (e) | each type of petroleum product the licensee is licensed to wholesale; |
| (f) | the date of issue of the licence; |
| (g) | the conditions of the licence; and |
| (h) | the Controller's signature. |
