The Controller must, not later than 12 months after the commencement of the Amendment Acts, and thereafter the end of June and December of each year, within 30 days of the end of those months, publish data on—
| (a) |
the number of valid wholesale licences; |
| (b) |
the number of valid wholesale licences held by historically disadvantaged South Africans; |
| (c) |
the number of wholesale licences issued in the calendar year concerned; |
| (d) |
the number of lapsed wholesale licences in the calendar year concerned; and |
| (e) |
the licence numbers of all valid licences. |
