The Minister of Energy has, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), made the regulations set out in the Schedule.
Schedule

In these regulations "the Regulations" mean the regulations published by Government Notice No. R. 1059 of 06 October 2020.
The following regulation is hereby substituted for regulation 1059 of the Regulations.

3. Commencement
These Regulations will come into operation at 00h01 on 04 November 2020.
