The Controller must, not later than 12 months after the commencement of the Amendment Act, and thereafter the end of June and December of each year, within 30 days of the end of those months, publish data on—

valid retail licences; |
| (c) |
the number of valid retail licences held by historically disadvantaged South Africans; |
| (d) |
the number of retail licences issued in the calendar year concerned; |
| (e) |
the number of lapsed retail licences in the calendar year concerned; |
| (f) |
the number of valid site licences; |
| (g) |
the number of valid site licences held by historically disadvantaged South Africans; |
| (h) |
the number of site licences issued in the calendar year concerned; and |
| (i) |
the number of lapsed site licences in the calendar year concerned. |
