The Minister of Minerals Resources and Energy has under Section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No.120 of 1977) made the Regulations set out in the Schedule. This substitutes the Schedule promulgated on 05 February 2021.
Maximum Retail Price for Liquefied Petroleum Gas

Commencement
These Regulations will come into operation at 00h01 on 03 March 2021.
